This project was completed on a property in Roseburg, Oregon after a landslide caused soil movement and slope instability, creating safety concerns and limiting use of the area.

The property owner needed a solution that addressed the issue below the surface, not just a temporary cleanup. After assessing the site, we determined that proper landslide cleanup and slope repair were necessary to stabilize the area and reduce the risk of future erosion.

Our crew removed unstable soil and debris, reshaped the slope, and completed the work using the appropriate equipment to safely manage the terrain. Throughout the project, we focused on proper grading and land stabilization to improve drainage, restore access, and leave the property in a safer condition.

This type of work requires more than surface cleanup. By addressing the slope correctly and managing erosion risk, the property is now more stable, safer to maintain, and better protected from future movement.

This project highlights the importance of handling landslides and erosion issues early and using experienced land management services to prevent further damage.
